Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all packaging intact (just like you’d expect from a premium wormery delivery).

Gardeners’ Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on compost, caddy liners, or wormeries that have been opened or used. These products are like seeds once planted – they can’t be returned to the packet.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your gardening products:

  1. Contact our Gardening Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging (like repotting a delicate seedling)
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Receive confirmation when we process your return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (like the nutrients already absorbed by your plants)

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different compost bin or gardening accessory?

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your compost tumbler or garden furniture arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
