Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all packaging intact (just like you’d expect from a premium wormery delivery).
Gardeners’ Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on compost, caddy liners, or wormeries that have been opened or used. These products are like seeds once planted – they can’t be returned to the packet.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your gardening products:
- Contact our Gardening Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging (like repotting a delicate seedling)
- Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
- Receive confirmation when we process your return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (like the nutrients already absorbed by your plants)
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different compost bin or gardening accessory?
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your compost tumbler or garden furniture arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item/product packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
